I remember my childhood all the chocolates, candies and gummy bears that my parents tried to hide from me. I was just like other kids, ate as much as I could from these addictive sweets.
I didn't know and didn't care at that time what they actually does in the My body. Until I got to the teenager ages and started to have issues with my digestion problems and suffered from Acid Reflux!
It was really uncomfortable and happened quiet often. My mom brought me some pills that worked for a certain time and I remember I had to take a few of those pills to make me feel better.
Later on in life I traveled a lot and had to carry on those pills with me. So when I got the feeling of the burning and pressured chest I had to take them.
This went on until I heard and got more educated about a natural way which was the simplest and easiest way how to cure my acid reflux.
First I learned what NOT to eat, now this was a whole list of foods , ingredients etc....

I haven't mentioned milk on my list but that also caused me digestion issues.
Now everybody is different but I recommend you to pay attention on which food bothers you and avoid them as much as you can!
On the same time instead of taking medication look for alternative solutions.
I'm from Central Europe and our cultural foods are delicious and really heavy to digest.

The Battery acidity is number 1 the famous soda drinks are about 2,5!! You probably tried at least one of them which is not a big deal but when you accumulate it everyday and you add acidy, over cooked food guess which way your PH going.
